Dual Channel Vibration Monitor

The DM200 is a dual channel vibration monitor. It measures the absolute vibration of rotating machinery in acceleration, velocity or displacement.

Reverse Rotation Monitor

Reverse Rotation Monitor is designed for protection and & monitoring of pumps and other machinery. The RRM will generate an alarm if the equipment rotates in reverse direction by an accident. This is an important safety device for heavy pumps.

The Reverse speed monitor uses specially designed sensors to detect direction of rotation of equipment. RRM actuates a relay contact when equipment shaft rotes in reverse direction. Using contacts of this relay desired control action such as alarm, trip can be achieved. The model with digital display facility normally indicates actual speed of the equipment as well as direction of rotation.

The O/P is in the form of 2C/O relay contacts. Speed range from 1 to 6000 RPM

The enclosure for monitoring unit is panel mounting type IP 30. A special sturdy cast Al. Enclosure, suitable to IP 65 Grade can be provided when the when the unit is required to be field mounted. Supply voltage to the control unit is 240 V AC, or as per requirement.
