Health Monitoring System HMS-300
The ESPY HMS-300 Software acquires data streamed from Pelican-519 monitoring modules.
The system records:
- Real time data consisting of raw and trending data.
- Historical data consisting of raw and trending data permanently stored in the database.
ESPY HMS-300 Software is connected via TCP/IP to the database allowing remote access from different computers in the same LAN. The system displays machine overview with actual vibration parameters in the form of bar graphs, trend data and raw Data with the following diagnostics options: FFT, raw signal, orbits, shaft centre line.
ESPY HMS 300 Software is a user-friendly and easy to operate for condition monitoring parameters. It contains many important features i.e. FFT, XY graph, Time waveform, Orbit etc.

PCM360 CONTINOUS MONITORING, ANALYSIS & DIAGNOSTICS
SOFTWARE
ProvibTech's PCM360 is a machine condition management system that collects, stores, analyzes and is capable of transmitting machine status monitoring information over local or wide area network. The PCM360 provides static, dynamic and transient data collection and analysis; such as graphical indication of vibration level, trend, waveform, spectrum, bode plots, cascade plots and much more.
All ProvibTech's monitors and transmitters can quickly and easily be integrated to upload machine status and its dynamic data to the PCM360. The PCM360 obtains both critical machinery running status and balance of plant running status. Additionally, the PCM360 collects process data as 4-20mA input or digital monitor input via Modbus, etc. The PCM360 provides an integrated system solution for asset management resulting in a total solution for machine maintenance and protection.
PCM370 Plant CONTINOUS MONITORING SOFTWARE
The PCM370 plant condition management system collects, stores, analyzes and distributes machinery status monitoring information to a local network or wide area network (over the Internet). The PCM370 obtains status data of critical machinery as well as balance of plant equipment. All of ProvibTech's digital monitoring systems are quickly and easily integrated into the PCM370 system, as well as devices from other manufacturers' which communicate via Modbus. Besides the vibration monitoring data, the PCM370 is also capable of collecting numerous process variables such as: voltage inputs, current inputs, RTDs, thermocouples, discrete inputs and Modbus.
